Following a website refresh and the launch of a new blog, the owner of The Spotty Napkin wanted her existing Children’s Themed Parties eBook to reflect the business’s updated branding.
The project involved redesigning a 10-page eBook to create a more professional, visually consistent publication while ensuring the client could easily update the content herself.

The eBook was refreshed to complement The Spotty Napkin’s colorful branding, with particular attention paid to the following:
- Brand Integration: Incorporated the colorful dots from the client’s logo into the page headers and footers, including page numbers displayed within individual dots.
- Typography and Layout: Updated heading fonts, colors, and formatting to create a consistent, professional appearance throughout.
- Imagery: Added new images and resized existing photographs to improve visual consistency.
- Editable Design: Created the eBook in Microsoft Word, allowing the client to update the content independently, and supplied a PDF version for customer downloads.
- Promotional Graphic: Designed a coordinating graphic for the client’s online store.
The client loved the refreshed design, particularly its professional appearance.
